Prosigue cocinando y mezclando la mezcla hasta que comience a espesar y se despegue fácilmente del fondo y los lados de la cazuela. Coloca la cazuela a fuego medio-bajo y cocina la mezcla, revolviendo todo el tiempo con una cuchara de madera.
